Vehicle class by use case

14-passenger executive Sprinter. Leather seating, privacy glass, individual climate. Right for small client groups, C-suite principals with their immediate team, or a single hospitality suite's worth of guests. Discreet profile at the curb.

24-passenger executive minibus. Upgraded interior, single-point luggage handling, walk-up aisle. Fits the standard hospitality delegation — a regional client list, a mid-size investor group, a board-and-spouse configuration.

56-passenger premium motorcoach. Leather configuration, Wi-Fi, power at every seat. For full sponsor programs where the whole group moves as one. Not the standard fan-charter coach — configured and maintained to a higher spec and priced accordingly.

Multi-stop match-day itineraries

A typical corporate day runs: hotel pickup → downtown lunch venue → staged approach to Lumen Field timed to your FIFA package check-in → post-match pickup → dinner or private reception → hotel return. The coach stages between segments rather than returning to depot, so guests keep the same vehicle and driver end-to-end.

For groups attending multiple matches, we quote the full tournament block — two, four, or all six Seattle fixtures (June 15 through July 6). A block beats re-quoting each match day: vehicle continuity, driver continuity, single point of contact.

Discretion and privacy

Tinted privacy glass is standard on premium Sprinters and executive coaches in this tier. Drivers are briefed on client confidentiality before dispatch — rosters, company names, and itinerary detail stay inside the operator's ops team. Executive bookings run through a private dispatch channel rather than the standard driver-app flow.

Honest framing: this is operational discretion, not a security service. If your principal requires close protection — armored vehicles, officers on the coach, convoy work — say so at quote and we'll route to an operator who handles that, or coordinate alongside your existing provider.

Sponsor branding

If your sponsor agreement requires signage, a short magnetic panel on the side of the coach is the standard path — attaches without damaging paintwork, swaps between match days, removes for non-branded segments. Full wraps are possible on a dedicated multi-day charter with two to three weeks of lead time. Branding is coordinated case-by-case with the operator, not a one-click add-on.

Aligning with FIFA hospitality entry times

FIFA's Seattle Venue Series packages have different check-in windows. Champions Club and Trophy Lounge guests typically access their pre-match suite 3-4 hours before kickoff; VIP and Pitchside Lounge sit closer to 2-2.5 hours out; standard-gate entry opens roughly two hours pre-match. Your hotel departure is planned against whichever tier your group holds, with a 15-minute buffer on the Lumen Field approach to clear the security perimeter and drop at the correct credentialed gate.
